Fhotoroom updated with various fixes for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile

Fhotoroom for Windows 10 on PC and mobile devices has been updated with a number of fixes and improvements.

On Windows 10 the update fixes a bug with detecting the application point for the brush when both pen and touch is being used and on Windows 10 Mobile it fixes a bug with adding Communities.
