At E3 2016, Microsoft announced the Gears of War 4 Special Edition Xbox Elite Wireless Controller. This is the first customized Xbox One Elite controller and is now available for pre-order.
The pro-level controller has been designed in collaboration with The Coalition. The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller – Gears of War 4 Limited Edition features laser-etched claw marks and a battle-weathered design, and an arsenal of swappable components, and Hair Trigger Locks. Choose from a variety of Gears-themed thumbsticks, D-pads, and paddles, and use the accessories app to tweak trigger sensitivity, button mapping, and more. The controller includes one unique multiplayer lobby emblem and three Gear Packs for special in-game items.
The controller will be available in very limited quantities in early October for $199.99/199.99 euros/159.99 pounds.
