[Updated with changelog] Windows Store for Windows 10 snags a minor update (Insiders only)

Windows Store

Microsoft today released a new update for the Windows Store on Windows 10 to Insiders. The latest update for the Windows Store seems to be a minor one, and it doesn't include any notable new features. However, it seems like Microsoft has added a few hover effects for elements in the home page of the Store which makes the Store's user-experience slightly better. Additionally, the update also brings back Download Sizes which is also a nice new addition.

Update: An official changelog is now available for the update:

  • New pick a drive experience for large PC games – For large games the store now allows the customer to pick their desired drive for download and install putting the customer in the driver's seat. If a certain app/ game does not fit on the default drive, the store pre-emptively asks the customer to pick a different drive. This prevents users from getting in an error state.
  • New Install control – The install experience has been improved. Customers now see the exact progress of their install and the install control button changes shade.

Apart from the tiny changes, the update should also include a few bug fixes and stability improvements as per usual. The latest update, version 11605.1000.113.0 is already live in the Windows Store and you can grab
