Microsoft announces the general availability of Dynamics CRM Spring 2016 Wave

Yesterday, Microsoft announced that the Spring 2016 Wave of Microsoft Dynamics CRM has reached general availability. With the latest update, the company is adding a handful of new features which will offer more personalized and proactive customer experiences. According to the company, the Spring 2016 Wave also introduces improved capabilities that will increase user adoption, and drive service productivity for field and project service employees. In a blog post, Microsoft's Param Kahlon stated:

I am extremely excited to announce that the Spring 2016 Wave of Dynamics CRM is generally available beginning today. Our increasingly connected world is enabling a fundamental transition to a new service economy, where companies are moving to everything-as-a-service models with managed services offerings.
