Microsoft is running a survey asking Windows Insiders around the world their views and feedback on the program, saying:
"From time to time a larger form survey helps us take all the feedback we have received and better prioritize this feedback against our plans with the opinions of all Windows Insiders around the world. We will also use this survey and future surveys, in this long form or in the product, to gauge how well we are doing with the Windows Insider Program."
To help motivate Insiders to deliver as much feedback as possible Microsoft is sweetening the pot with a $1500 prize for those who also include their Microsoft Account email address, which should also help to ensure only Insiders actually take part in the survey.
The Insider program has been Microsoft's biggest initiative in the run-up to Windows 10 in helping to shape the OS to the needs of the users but has been criticised by some as being a form of software testing on the cheap which has so far failed to deliver a truly bug-free product, including letting serious bugs through to the general public.
Insiders can take the survey here.
