We have been receiving a number of reports that Outlook.com is having issues, with the site not loading for some.
The issue is not just affecting the front-end, but also email clients like the Gmail app for Android.
Microsoft does not appear to have a Status page for Outlook, but 3rd party sites suggests the issue is widespread, but may be resolving. For me outlook.com is loading at the minute.
