You can now use the Fitbit app for Windows 10 on your Xbox to get updates on your Fitbit stats and see progress toward your daily and weekly goals. You can also change account settings that don't require you to sync your tracker, such as profile information or goals.
You can see all of your stats in the Fitbit app, including steps taken, distance covered, active minutes, hours slept, and your exercise history. You can't set up, sync, or do a firmware update on your tracker. Any functionality that requires interaction with your computer or mobile device, such as notifications, GPS activities, or changing tracker settings and alarms is not available.
The update to version 2.15.747 update brings the following changes:

You can get the updated Fitbit app for Windows 10 from the Store link below and on the Xbox from your Xbox Home, navigate to the Store tab. From there you can search for the Fitbit app.
