Microsoft's popular Android launcher, Arrow Launcher picked up a huge new update yesterday. The 3.0 update for Arrow Launcher introduced a new Utility tab, along with a couple of other improvements. Today, Microsoft has started testing another major update for Arrow Launcher on Android.
With the upcoming update, Microsoft is introducing support for Android tablets on Arrow Launcher which is a major new addition. Previously, Arrow Launcher has only been available for Android phones and you couldn't even download the app on tablets — but with the upcoming 3.1 update, you will be able to get it on your Android tablet. In addition to Tablet Support, Microsoft is adding a couple of other new features with the update — firstly, you now more options for the backup & restore feature as you can now choose which apps and settings you want to backup or restore. Microsoft is also adding support for more IP apps messages in the Recent Page with the latest update, so that's pretty nice too.
At the moment, these new features are only available to those part of the beta program of the Arrow Launcher. The beta program is available to everyone, and you can sign-up for it here. Once you get into the beta program, you can download the app on your Android device here.
