Backward Compatibility lets you play select Xbox 360 titles on your Xbox One, and the available games keep on growing. There are over 300 games available now, and today brought in a whopping six new games to the lineup. These are Assassin's Creed Rogue, Borderlands 2, Gyromancer, Moon Diver, Space Invaders Infinity Gene, and The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match.
It's worth noting that Borderlands 2 was technically announced as a backward compatible title when March's Games with Gold were announced yesterday, but you can play it on your Xbox One today.
Assassin's Creed Rogue was another much-requested title, and it was the Assassin's Creed franchise's last hoorah on the last generation's consoles. It came out the same day as Assassin's Creed Unity back in 2014, acting as both a sequel to Black Flag and a total twist on the franchise, letting players step into the shoes of a Templar.
The other titles in today's batch are also pretty great, with The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match standing out in particular. It's an excellent fighting game and presents great gameplay mechanics alongside a massive roster of playable characters.
You can check out each of the games in the Xbox Marketplace by following the links below. As always, you won't need to buy them again if you already own them – either put the disc into your Xbox One if you own the game(s) physically, or check the ready to install section in My Games & Apps if you own it digitally.
