Mojang today announced that the company is bringing Minecraft's Windows 10 edition to mobile devices. The Windows 10 edition of Minecraft includes a lot of new features, including support for Realms, Xbox Live achievements, The End, and a lot more.
Minecraft has been available for Windows Phone in the past, but the old Pocket Edition didn't include most of the features and Mojang also dropped support for it back in October 2016. But now with the Windows 10 edition of Minecraft coming to mobile devices, users get access to a ton of features in Minecraft.
If you have previously used Minecraft's Pocket Edition in your Windows Phone device, you will automatically get upgraded to the new, powerful Minecraft. And if you are new to Minecraft's Pocket Edition, you can get the Windows 10 edition of the game on your Windows 10 PC or Mobile device from the Windows Store below for $6.99:
