If you're an Xbox Insider in the Beta ring, you might be able to get started with streaming from Beam later this week. The functionality hit insiders in the Alpha ring a while ago, and a few people have been wondering about when it would reach the other rings. When Microsoft's Brad Rossetti was asked on Twitter earlier today, he had an answer: it's planned for this week.
@jbrown9070 Yes the plan is this week – however we need to get the fixed build out to Alpha first so we unblock MP ):

Before that can be done, however, there's a build with some important fixes for multiplayer that will have to head out to the Alpha ring beforehand. It's currently being flighted internally and will reach Alpha users as soon as possible, so be sure to keep an eye out for updates.
If you don't already know how the Xbox Insider Program's rings work, they were detailed at the start of the program last month. In summary, there's four rings – Alpha, Beta, Ring 3, and Ring 4 – available, and users can progress through them by participating in some areas that are key to the Insider Program, like sending feedback and completing quests in the Insider Hub. Users start off at Ring 4 and can work their way up to Alpha access. Be warned, though, as higher ranked rings have far more builds – and far more bugs.
