Microsoft confirmed the issue affecting Xbox Live users. Users are facing difficulties in creating new accounts on Xbox Live, managing those accounts, or recovering an account on a different device.Another issue has been identified that is causing problems for some members signing in to Xbox Live. Xbox team is already working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
