Windows 10 Creators Update Hands-on (video)

The Windows 10 Creators Update is coming soon- in fact, you'll be able to use the Update Assistant to get it today without even joining the Windows Insider Program.

The Creators Update might not be the biggest update to Windows 10 yet – that title likely belongs to the Anniversary Update – it still brings some decent changes and improvements to the operating system. These range from the return of custom colors to integrated Beam streaming, as well as a variety of additions in-between.

If you'd like to get a quick overview of some of the biggest changes coming to Windows 10 with the Creators Update, we've put together a hands on video which should help you – or even your not-so-tech-savvy relatives – get an idea of what's going to change when the Creators Update arrives on their Windows 10 PC in the near future.

The Creators Update will begin rolling out in waves on April 11th, but you will be able to download it today with the Update Assistant. This method was previously used with the Anniversary Update, and helps Microsoft to catch some last minute problems before everyone gets the update. As previously mentioned, you'll be able to use the Update Assistant to get it manually if you just can't wait.
