Microsoft's Outlook.com Premium is usually available for $49.99. To celebrate the service's launch, Microsoft has been offering the service for only $19.99 to users for the past couple of months. The promotion was supposed to end late last month — but Microsoft is now extending the promotion. The company quietly extended the promotional pricing to the 30th of June, which means interested customers still have nearly 3 months to grab the discounted price.
Microsoft didn't announce why exactly the company is extending the promotion, but my guess is that it's because the company recently expanded the service to more countries. As we reported late last month, Microsoft brought Outlook.com to 6 new countries, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and Canada.
Outlook.com Premium, for those unfamiliar, includes some really nice features. For one, you get to have up to 5 personalized email addresses with a custom domain. You can either choose to get a personalized email address with a new domain or you can use an existing one — so for instance, you can get a personalized email address like nick@mspu.com. And if you don't like seeing ads on your inbox, Outlook.com Premium has you covered thanks to its ad-free inbox feature.
You can try out Outlook.com Premium here for $19.99 (per year) if you live in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, or Canada. Once again, the promotion ends on June 30th, so you should probably hurry up if you don't want to spend $49.99.
