Microsoft today released an update to its Windows Camera, Skype Preview and Outlook Mail & Calendar apps for both Windows 10 PCs and Windows 10 Mobile devices.
Windows Camera This v2016.722.11.0 update seems to be a minor one with no major changes. The change log mentioned in the Store listing is very old.

Microsoft recently delivered a major update for Skype UWP app in Windows Store with support for Bots, call waiting and more. But this v11.7.87.0 update includes just bug fixes.
Outlook Mail and Calendar app update is also a minor one with no new change log. The updated app version number is 17.7167.40608.0.
