[Rumor] Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare could be coming to the Windows Store

If you are a fan of Call of Duty, you might be glad to know that Activision might be bringing two of its Call of Duty games to the Windows Store. Activision's Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare (Remastered) were recently spotted on the Windows Store, and according to the app listing, the games will only be available for PCs. As a result, Activision probably won't be selling the games as part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program which allows users to buy a game once and be able to play it on their Xbox or Windows 10 PC without having to pay extra.

Keep in mind that both of the games are not currently available for purchase on the Windows Store, and Activision may never end up releasing the games on the Windows Store. However, if they do release the games on the Windows Store, it'll be quite an achievement for the Windows Store. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare will be joining a bunch of other good games such as Forza Horizon 3, Gears of War 4, ReCore, Quantum Break, and more.

Once again, this is just a speculation for now — but we'll make sure to update this article if there is more info regarding these games coming to the Windows Store. And of course, we'll make sure to let you know if and when Activision officially launches the games on the Windows Store.

You can find the listing for Call of Duty: Infinite War here, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (Remastered) here.
