Around a year ago Opera stated that the company has nothing in the pipeline for its Opera Mini browser for windows Phone. The progress of the Windows Phone installed base since then has not exactly given the company a reason to change their mind, and today it appears the browser is no longer available in the Windows Store.
The app is not found when searching the store, and when accessed by direct link is "not currently available."
Tellingly Opera's Opera Mini page no longer lists Windows Phone as supported.
For those on very limited data plans, alternate Windows Phone browsers such as UC Browser also allows users to download lighter versions of web pages.
