New Xbox One builds are rolling out to Beta and Ring 4 Insiders tonight. While Beta Insiders will get the latest 1705 update which includes features like chat overlay and social enhancements, Ring 4 Insiders will receive the old 1704 build with some bug fixes. It's definitely a good day to be a Beta Insider. This latest update was quite problematic and it took Microsoft around 2 weeks to fix a lot of the issues. It's quite a great experience now.
Aside from that, Beta Insiders should get custom gamerpics on Monday! Even though this is a tentative date, given the fact that Alpha Insiders have had access to them for many days, the chances are high that Beta Insiders will get access too. Microsoft hasn't provided patch notes yet but we'll update this story when they're available. Until then, be on the lookout for updates later tonight at 2 PM PDT for Ring 4 Insiders and 6 PM PDT for Beta Insiders.
